I found this dress on Lulus.com, it is called the Dallas Dame Beige Lace Dress. I have been looking for a dress like this forever! Lulus.com is apparently for Juniors clothing, but I went ahead and ordered it and can now only cross my fingers that it fits in the right places. Hopefully it does because I cannot wait to wear it this summer with some cowboy boots.
